How to Convert Calendar Workouts to Training Plan

Converting a workout from an athlete's calendar to a reusable training plan is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Athlete's Calendar: Open the calendar for the athlete whose workouts you wish to convert.

  2. Select the Workout: Click on the specific workout entries on the calendar that you want to convert into a training plan.

  3. Locate the Save Icon: Once the workout is selected, look for the save icon in the menu bar located directly above the calendar.

  4. Click to Convert: Click on the save icon. This action will instantly convert the selected workout into a new training plan.

  5. Edit and Save Your Plan: You'll automatically be redirected to the Training Plan Builder. Here, you can review, edit, and finalize your new training plan before saving it for future use.


 

Tips & Best Practices

 

  • Name Your Plans Clearly: When you're in the Training Plan Builder, take a moment to give your new plan a descriptive and memorable name. This will make it easier to find and re-use later.

  • Review and Refine: The converted plan is a starting point. Use the Training Plan Builder to add more details, adjust durations, or incorporate additional exercises to make it a comprehensive training plan.


 

Troubleshooting Common Issues

 

  • "Save icon is grayed out": Ensure you have clicked on a specific workout on the calendar. The save icon will only become active once a workout is selected.

  • "Not redirecting to Training Plan Builder": After clicking the save icon, if you're not redirected, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt the conversion again. If the issue persists, please contact support.

  • "Wrong workout converted": Always double-check that you've clicked on the correct workout before hitting the save icon. You can always delete an incorrectly converted plan from the Training Plan Builder.
