How to Export Athlete Workouts to PDF
How to Export Workouts to PDF
Exporting your programmed workouts to PDF allows you to provide athletes with portable, easy to read sessions for the gym floor. This process ensures your training plans are accessible offline, whether you choose to print them or share them digitally.
How to Access the Athlete Calendar
To begin the export, you must first navigate to the specific athlete's programming from your main dashboard:
-
Navigate to the Users Table: Select Users from the main navigation menu.
-
Select Athletes: Click on Athletes and locate the specific individual from your list.
-
Open the Calendar: Click to open the Athlete Calendar to view their scheduled sessions.
Exporting the Workout
Once you have identified the scheduled session you wish to convert, there are two primary methods for generating the PDF export:
Method 1: Global Export Menu
From the detailed workout view, locate the Export PDF button positioned in the header menu at the top of the screen. This is the standard route for exporting the current view.
Method 2: Contextual Menu (Chip Export)
Alternatively, you can utilise the Action Menu directly from the calendar interface:
-
Click the Three-Dot Menu: Locate the icon on the specific workout entry within the calendar.
-
Select Export as PDF: Choose this option from the dropdown menu to trigger the file generation.
Finalising the Download
After triggering the export, the system will process the document for your use:
-
File Management: The PDF will automatically save to your local Downloads folder.
-
Customisation: You may rename the file to align with your internal naming conventions (e.g., "Strength_Phase_1").
-
Distribution: Once saved, the document is ready to be printed for facility use or distributed directly to your athletes.
Tip: Regularly exporting and archiving PDF versions of key training phases ensures you have a permanent, physical record of an athlete's development path that remains accessible even without an internet connection.
