How to Manage and Publish Services

The Services feature is a versatile tool designed to streamline your revenue streams and professionalise your offerings. By digitising your consultations and training sessions, you can manage your professional schedule and athlete bookings directly within a single platform.

Setting Up Your Service

To initiate a new service offering, follow these steps to configure your basic session parameters:

1. Navigation and Initial Setup

  • Navigate to the Business Module: From your main dashboard, go to the Business section located on the left-hand sidebar.
  • Create New Service: Select Services from the menu and click Add New.
  • Enter Name: Type a clear, professional title for your service, such as "1-on-1 Performance Coaching".
  • Set Duration: Input the total session time in minutes, for example, "60" for a one-hour block.

2. Location and Delivery Methods

Define how and where your session will take place by selecting one of the following:

  • Select In-App Video: Use the integrated platform video conferencing for remote sessions.
  • Select External Meeting: Provide links for external platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Select In-Person: Specify a physical location by searching for your facility or gym address using the integrated location tool.

3. Availability and Scheduling

The system uses automated logic to manage your roster and ensure program compliance:

  • Define Windows: Click the + icon next to the desired day to set your start and end times.
  • Automated Slotting: If you set a window from 09:00 to 12:00 for a 60-minute service, the system automatically generates three available session slots.

Branding and Market Positioning

Your service listing acts as a digital storefront. High-quality assets and clear metadata are essential for professional presentation.

Asset Upload and Categorisation

  • Upload Visual Content: Add a high-resolution image that reflects the quality of your brand.
  • Select Filtering Metadata: Categorise your service by selecting the relevant Sport, Level, Objectives, and Target Gender. This ensures your offering appears in relevant searches within the marketplace.

Visibility and Access Control

Navigate to the Publishing tab to determine how your service is distributed:

  • Draft Mode: Keep the service private to manually assign sessions to an athlete’s calendar.
  • Restricted Access: Grant access only to specific user segments.
  • Public Marketplace: Toggle the service to Public once your account is verified to reach the general user base.
  • Featured: Maximise exposure by placing your service prominently in the marketplace.

Pricing and Financials

Listing Price and Payout Structure

  • Enter Credit Conversion: Input your listing price in credits. The interface displays a real-time calculation of your estimated payout in local currency.
  • Confirm Terms of Service: Review the fee structure and select the checkbox at the bottom of the page.
  • Save for Approval: Click Save to submit the service for internal review; listings are typically approved within 24 hours.
