How to Navigate and Manage the Athlete Table

The Athlete Table provides a centralised, 360-degree hub for managing your entire roster from a single interface. By consolidating filtering, onboarding, and profile management, it eliminates administrative friction, allowing you to focus on athlete development.


How to Access the Athlete Table

You can access your full roster and begin managing your athletes in just a few steps:

  1. Open the Sidebar Menu: Navigate from your primary dashboard to the main menu.
  2. Select Users: Click on the Users tab to expand the options.
  3. Navigate to Athletes: Select athletes to populate the table with all individuals assigned to your staff or teams.

Filtering and Organising Roster Data

To streamline your workflow, use the global filters at the top of the table to segment your roster based on specific criteria:

  • Team and Group Filtering: Narrow your view by selecting specific squads or functional groups.
  • Advanced Tagging: Use the membership or tag buttons to filter by attributes like Injury status.
  • Search Functionality: Use the search bar for immediate access to individual profiles.

Athlete Onboarding and Selection

  • Adding New Athletes: To manually onboard an individual, select the add new button in the upper right hand corner.
  • Batch Actions: Select the checkbox next to an athlete's name to trigger the management Snack Bar for rapid administrative adjustments.

Profile Management and Oversight

Once an athlete is selected, you can access key modules to monitor performance:

  • Athlete Overview: View a high-level performance snapshot and physiological data.
  • Library Management: Use the library Icon to assign new training blocks or developmental programmes.
  • Calendar and Scheduling: Select edit calendar to manage schedules or log coaching notes.
  • Communication: Utilise messaging features to provide real-time feedback to the athlete.

Administrative Controls

The Athlete Table serves as the primary tool for maintaining your organisational structure:

  • Roster Adjustments: Use the top menu to edit team assignments, modify group placements, or update custom tags.
  • Account Security: Under manage account, administrators can update email addresses or trigger password resets to ensure secure access.

Tip: Regularly updating custom tags and group placements ensures that your filters remain accurate, keeping your data organised during a long season
