Sharing a copy of a training plan with another coach

Sharing training plans between coaches on Pod1um is a straightforward process designed to enhance collaboration and efficiency. This guide will walk you through the steps to share your training plans with other coaches on the platform.

Step-by-step guide to sharing a training plan

  1. Access your library:

    • Click on the 'Library' option located in the side-rail of your dashboard. The Library is where all your training content, including plans, is stored and managed.

  2. Select the training plan:

    • Within your library, open the menu drawer and choose 'Training plan'. This section houses all the training plans you've created or have access to.

    • Browse through your list of training plans in the table displayed and select the plan you wish to share.

  3. Initiate sharing:

    • With the desired training plan selected, click on the 'Share' button located in the action bar above the table.

    • Upon clicking, a side menu will appear, presenting a list of coaches with whom you can share the plan.

  4. Choose the coach:

    • From the list, select the coach(es) you want to share a copy of your training plan with. You can choose multiple coaches if necessary.

  5. Finalise sharing:

    • Once you have selected the coach(es), click on the 'Share with coach' button to complete the process.

Important considerations

  • Duplicate created: This action shares a copy of your training plan, as opposed to access to the original version.

  • Permissions: Ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to share training plans. Certain plans may have restrictions based on their original creator's settings or organisational policies.

  • Coach Network: You can only share training plans with coaches who are part of your network on Pod1um. If you need to share with a new coach, you may first need to invite them to join your network.

  • Confirmation: After sharing a plan, it's good practice to confirm with the receiving coach that they have successfully received and can access the plan.
