Team overview table
The Team Overview Table presents all your team's training data in an organised, row-by-row format, with each athlete getting their own dedicated line. You'll see key information at a glance, including athlete names, any assigned tags, and a breakdown of their scheduled, completed, and missed workouts.
Key features

Tabular format: The table displays each athlete's training data as a separate row, with columns including athlete name, tags, scheduled workouts, completed workouts, and missed workouts. This layout provides a clear and organized overview of team activity.
-
Customisable date range: Define a specific date range to view the team's training data, allowing for focused analysis of specific training periods.
-
Comprehensive workout data: The table displays all scheduled, completed, and missed workouts, enabling coaches to track athlete progress and identify potential issues.
-
Efficient workout management: Coaches can perform standard workout actions directly from the table, including adding, copying, pasting, editing, and deleting workouts. These actions can be applied to single or multiple athletes, saving time and effort.
-
Identifying discrepancies: The table format makes it easy to visually identify discrepancies in athlete schedules. For example, you can quickly spot athletes with significantly fewer scheduled workouts or a high number of missed workouts.

Troubleshooting
- Data Not Loading or Missing:
- Check Date Range: Double-check that the correct date range is selected. Workouts outside this range will not appear.
- Verify Team/Group: Ensure you have selected the correct team or group from your "Teams" menu.
- Incorrect Workout Data (e.g., workouts showing as 'missed' when they were done):
- Athlete Recording: This usually indicates that athletes are not accurately marking their workouts as "completed" in their individual Pod1um calendars or apps. Remind them of the importance of logging their completions.
- Unable to Perform Actions (e.g., can't edit or delete workouts):
- User Permissions: Only users with coach or admin privileges can perform workout management actions. Verify your user role within Pod1um. If you believe there's an error, contact your Pod1um administrator.
- Table Loading Slowly:
- Large Groups/Long Ranges: If you have a very large team or have selected an extensive date range, the table may take a moment to load all the data. Please be patient, especially on slower internet connections.
